For the reservation

Our room rates are in Euro, per room and per night
Rates include VAT and city tax.
Room rates do not include breakfast.
Room rates do not include overnight tax. (0,50€ per room per night)
In order to confirm your booking, a paymenent in advance of 25% of the total value of your stay, is required. It can be done with cash, bank transfer, PayPal or Credit Card. The deposit will have to be received within a period of time indicated by the reception, otherwise the reservation will be canceled without further notice.

Charges and bills

During your stay you can charge on your room bill, any additional charge from the hotel services you use. In order to charge your room's account, it is necessary to sign on to a debit note, which will be requested by the hotel staff.
To arrange financial matters, the hotel's accounting department is available from 08:00 to 22:00. Please have your account checked out at the latest before your departure from the hotel. All credit cards are accepted

For the Room

Check out is no later than 11.30pm.
Check-In from 14:00, however the room is always delivered as soon as possible depending on availability.
The arrival day is calculated in full rent, regardless of arrival time.
The rental of the room ends at 11:30. Use of the room after this time can only be done in conjunction with the reception and at extra charge. Staying until 18.00pm will be paid 50% of the agreed rent, while in the case of a stay after 18.00pm the entire agreed rent will be paid.

For the children

Free of charge is provided for children up to 2 years of age, for children from 7 to 14 years of age 50% discount on adult rate and children from 14 years old. Baby cot or baby bed available on request

For cancellations

In the event of cancellation, when it is made more than 30 days, the deposit is refunded in full. Otherwise the deposit will be withheld
In case of departure before the scheduled date, the deposit is not refunded and the customer is required to pay 50% of the total amount corresponding to the remaining days of the reservation.

Generally

For any damage or damage to the Hotel caused by customers during their stay, they must indemnify the Hotel before leaving.
Customers are responsible for keeping their personal belongings and in particular valuables, the Hotel is relieved of any liability for any loss or damage.
In the event that the hotel is unable to provide the rooms on the booking dates for any reason, then it must provide customers with accommodation in another hotel in the area and refund the amount of the deposit deposited.
We would also like to inform you that in the rooms, for the safety of everyone, for the best possible service and the smooth operation of the hotel, it is not possible:

Making food, focusing on them as well as ordering through DELIVERY. Snacks and small fruit are allowed.
The use of chimneys, kettles and candles.
Washing clothes and clothing
Music and all kinds of gathering in the rooms, which can create noise or annoyance to other customers.
Transport and use outside the rooms of toilets and other types of clothing.
Indoor smoking is not allowed
Also any visit of friends and acquaintances can be done only in the public areas of the hotel. Room visits are not allowed.
